Todd Grissom, Principal
Todd has been operating Rikoshea Contracting for 25 years with a total of 38 years of experience in the construction industry consisting of field, project and operations management. He has a history of concurrently directing multiple projects successfully through effective management and team collaboration.
Kathie Grissom, Controller/Principal
With 25 years of construction experience, Kathie has built a career that blends preconstruction expertise, project coordination, and office management. She is responsible for overseeing business operations with a focus on financial statements, tax compliance, licensing, and audit preparation. Kathie also ensures insurance compliance and supports the company’s commitment to maintaining strong regulatory and operational standards.
Michelle Wells, Human Resources/Office Manager
With 25 years of experience in construction administration, human resources, and accounting, Michelle oversees both people and financial operations. She manages compensation, and compliance, while also leading accounting functions such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, cash-flow oversight, general ledger management, and job-cost reporting. OSHA-30 certified, Michelle also plays an active role in sustaining the company’s safety program and ensuring operational compliance.
ESTIMATING
Trevor Marksberry, General Manager
Trevor is a third-generation estimator/project manager native to Arizona bringing 15 years of experience to the table. He oversees the Estimating Department and works closely with Project Management to successfully find cost-effective solutions to common and complex construction challenges. Trevor is a hands-on manager and actively bids projects alongside his team.
Keith Oligschlaeger, Estimator
As a Valley of the Sun native, Keith has over 30 years of construction field, estimating and project management experience in both commercial and residential industries along with heavy civil earthwork. Keith is field performance and cost attentive, and with his background, this allows him to view potential and current projects with a unique point of view. Many of Keith’s clients confidentially utilize his estimates as the center point for our scope of work.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
James Krull, Construction Manager
James is an experienced heavy civil, Project Manager with diverse experience in the construction industry. In 2005, after proudly serving in the military, he began his career in construction as a laborer. A solid work ethic, great mentors, and the ability to learn on the move were instrumental to his career success. James is skilled in value engineering, contract management, project estimation, subcontractor management, and scheduling. James is a strong program and project management professional with a bachelor’s degree focused on Business from University of Phoenix.
